I still pine for Christmas, even when buying gifts and decorating starts to feel overwhelming. After a long, busy year, there’s something special about settling into the holiday season and enjoying the lights, the gift-giving, and the hot cocoa. More than anything, I’m looking forward to the holiday snacks, and Little Debbie has me covered.
In October, the beloved snack cake brand added two new items—Hot Cocoa Mini Muffins and Big Pack Christmas Old Fashioned Donuts—to its popular holiday lineup. Like anyone with taste buds, I love the brand’s sweet, festive Christmas Tree Cakes this time of year, so I had to get my hands on these newcomers and give ’em a try.

Hot Cocoa Mini Muffins
Little Debbie’s new Hot Cocoa Mini Muffins bring together a classic breakfast favorite with the comfort of a mug of hot cocoa for an easy, festive breakfast. They’re lightly chocolatey with a fluffy crumb, and the tiny marshmallows inside add a nice textural touch. Each box contains five pouches, with four muffins in each. They make a great on-the-go breakfast or a quick afternoon snack to stash in your bag.
Big Pack Christmas Old-Fashioned Donuts
They remind me of Little Debbie Donut Sticks, which debuted in 1983: sweet, slightly crumbly cake-style donuts coated in a light glaze. The new Big Pack Christmas Old Fashioned Donuts get a festive makeover with red-and-green sprinkles and a white glaze. They’re especially good dunked into a steaming mug of coffee on Christmas morning. And because they come in the “Big Pack” size, which includes six large donuts, there’ll be plenty to share at the breakfast table.
Where To Get Your Holiday Fix
Little Debbie began shipping these seasonal favorites to supermarkets and convenience stores in mid-October, and you should find them in your supermarket’s baked treats aisle. My local Walmart had an entire display devoted to Little Debbie’s holiday offerings, including Cherry Cordials, Christmas Tree Cakes, and Christmas Tree Brownies, at the front of the store. The seasonal lineup is scheduled to remain in stores through mid-December, while supplies last. You’ve plenty of time to grab a box (or five!).
