From kitchen staples like sponges and aluminum foil to holiday must-haves like cheese and vanilla extract, we’re sharing everything we’ve circled in the coupon book so you can add it to your own list.

As a cooking and food storage staple, aluminum foil is always something you can stock up on—and there’s no better time than now to grab it at Costco. This double pack of Reynolds Wrap foil is on sale currently for $7 less than normal, and news & trending editor Danielle DeAngelis is taking advantage of the low price. “I’m running out, and I know people that are able to keep one roll for years when buying at Costco,” DeAngelis shares. It’s true, both rolls come out to 500 square feet of foil, likely enough to last you until next year’s sale.

Chicken broth is the base of so many cold-weather dishes. Soups, stews, casseroles and pasta bakes can all call for stocks, so why not *stock* up on them at Costco. Plus, they’re reduced-sodium, so it’s easier to manage your sodium levels in your favorite recipes. DeAngelis is making sure to grab this six-pack of 32-ounce cartons for all of her favorite recipes. “EatingWell recipes usually call for reduced-sodium broth so it’s easier to control the salt levels, and my personal favorite on our site is the Classic Chicken Soup,” DeAngelis says. “I sub in shredded Costco rotisserie chicken, too.”
Boursin Cheese

What’s better than a creamy, herbaceous soft cheese? A pack of three that’s on sale for just about $7. This Boursin variety pack is an editor favorite, and it’s the perfect item to grab before the holidays. “Paired with crackers and one other cheese option, it’s the easiest appetizer, and it may be the most dependable,” says news editor Leah Goggins. “With holiday hosting on the horizon, I’ll be snagging enough to get me through the new year.” This pack comes with two of the classic garlic-fine herbs flavor and one of the shallot-chive, so you can grab your go-to and try something new all at the same time.

Aside from pantry and holiday cooking staples, there’s always a need for simple, easy dinners. These Ling Ling Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers are exactly that, and they’re one of editorial director Carolyn Malcoun’s favorite Costco items. “If I didn’t already shop at Costco most weeks, running out of Ling Ling potstickers would be a reason to make a trip,” she says. “They’re a go-to quick dinner and often make an appearance at lunchtime over the weekend.” They’re on sale right now for just under $10 a bag, and they’re ready in just 10 minutes. Plus, they pack 12 grams of protein per serving. Sounds like the perfect weeknight dinner to us!

You can never have enough sponges, and these zero-scratch sponges from Scotch-Brite are some of the best. They’re even the option we reach for in our test kitchen. “These sponges were a go-to in the EatingWell Test Kitchen and a go-to at many of our own homes,” says Malcoun. “They’re already a great deal at Costco, and an even better one on sale. As the name implies, they don’t scratch delicate surfaces and they don’t seem to get as smelly as other sponges.” They’re currently listed at $4 off a pack of 24, so make sure to grab a pack while they’re available.

Vanilla extract is one of those things you don’t have to buy too often, but it can get expensive when you do need to purchase it. This sale is the perfect time to grab an extra, with Costco offering Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Extract at $15 off each pack of two 8-ounce bottles. “With the major food holidays just a few weeks away, I’m stocking up on baking essentials like vanilla extract,” says Abigail Abesamis Demarest, our senior editor, news & lifestyle. “Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract is a favorite among professional and home bakers alike. It’s also expensive, and at $15 off at Costco, it’s definitely time to buy.” Just remember that this deal is an online exclusive, so buy online rather than in-store.
The Bottom Line
With everything from pantry staples to easy dinners to holiday classics on sale, there’s no better time than now to take a trip to Costco. These editor-approved products won’t be this marked down for long, so make sure to stock up on them while you can.
