The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced a recall on approximately 167,639 pounds of raw pork, beef and goat products. This is due to the products not receiving proper federal inspection.
The products impacted were A&D Foods-branded meats in vacuum-sealed packaging sold to various restaurants and retail locations. The following A&D Foods products are recalled, with product names and weights as written on the packaging:

The above products being recalled contain false marks of inspection with establishment number “EST. 1363,” which does not have a federal grant of inspection. Check your refrigerator or freezer, and if you have any of these meats on hand, dispose of it or return to your place of purchase for a potential refund. There have been no confirmed reports of illness or injury from consumers eating the recalled products, but contact a healthcare provider if you have concerns after eating the recalled items.
