7 New Target Finds You’ll Want to Grab in October

Key Points

  • Target offers seasonal fall treats like pumpkin spice granola bites and caramel apple prebiotic soda.

  • oHy sparkling water with magnesium and zero sugar is a refreshing, sleep-friendly beverage option.

  • Yasso Spoonables frozen Greek yogurt delivers protein-packed dessert options with delicious flavors.

Target has become a go-to spot for seasonal grocery finds, especially during the cooler months. And over the past few weeks, more and more fall-forward products have made their way to shelves. Next time you make your way over to the superstore, consider adding one or more of these editor-picked items to your cart or basket.

If you enjoy a can of sparkling water as your night cap, consider trying oHy. Their blackberry, raspberry, cherry-lime and strawberry-lemon flavors have made their way to Target stores nationwide, and each zero-calorie can contains no sugar and 30 milligrams of magnesium, a nutrient that can promote better sleep.

If you’re a sweet breakfast fan, these mini pancakes are up your alley. You can find Belgian Boys’ newest creation, pumpkin spiced bite-size pancakes, in the freezer aisle. They’re easy to whip up in one minute for busy mornings, and they’re great for packing in your lunch, too. (Personally, I love pairing these with some peanut butter and blueberries for a protein and fiber boost, respectively.) You can also find the brand at Costco.

Functional soda fans, this one’s for you. Target is a prime retailer of Olipop, and that remains true with the brand’s seasonal caramel apple flavor. The prebiotic soda contains 9 grams of fiber per serving, and it’s made sweet mostly thanks to apple juice concentrate, putting it at just 1 gram of added sugar.

Ithaca Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ithaca’s olive oil sea salt hummus was chosen as one of EatingWell’s best new healthy food picks for 2026. You can now grab the hummus, as well as new flavors like roasted red pepper, at Target. Made with simple ingredients, pair the feel-good, bright dip with crunchy snacking veggies or pita chips.

For an allergen-friendly find, try out the Made Good granola bites in their newest seasonal flavor, pumpkin spice (duh!). Great for a lunch addition or for a midday pick-me-up, the granola bites are suitable for all ages—and the warm, comforting taste makes them loved by all ages, too.

Yasso Spoonables

If you like Yasso’s better-for-you dessert bars, then you’ll love the brand’s line of Spoonables. The frozen Greek yogurt has fewer calories and more protein than its ice cream competitors, and their newest flavors (strawberry cheesecake, pecan praline and key lime pie) are not to be missed. And if you want to try an original flavor, cookies and cream is my personal favorite. Note: These desserts are a little high in added sugar, so moderation is key.

Hiyo Apple Cinnamon

For mocktail lovers, the seasonal Hiyo apple cinnamon non-alcoholic tonic should be your next sip. Whether you’re hosting a fall party or having a spooky movie night in, you’ll be fall-ing in love with the brand’s newest flavor. Not to mention they’re low in added sugar at just three grams per can.
